Dr. John P. Lyles graduated from the Southern College of Optometry after completing his undergraduate studies at Murray State University. He now practices in his hometown of Calvert City, Kentucky.

He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Kentucky Optometric Association, the West Kentucky Optometric Society. He is very active in his community by serving on the Calvert City Community Advisory Team, the Marshall County Board of Education. Dr. Lyles is also a member of the Calvert City Lion’s Club.
